Ordering and Delivery

At the moment we deliver the products with dpd/Postnord or DHL/Posti deliveries,
to almost all European countries.
Deliveries usually arrive in 1–2 days. The delivery time may be extended by 1–2
days if the orders go north to the Lapland region or the archipelago.
Yes, the courier company will send a message to your email and/or phone number
you will find instructions to follow and you can choose the desired delivery method. All
deliveries via DHL. (in the PK-Region) come as home delivery without
additional price.

The ordered package does not read the HotCat.fi name or logo. The sender of the package is PC
LOGISTICS in some cases Globalnet Oy.
The packages are normal cardboard boxes suitable for recycling, inside which
the ordered products are packed. Small shipments come in paper/bubble wrap
in shells.
You will receive more information about this from the courier company when ordering. Usually storage time
is about 5-7 days.
An order confirmation is automatically sent to you with each order
to your email. REMEMBER to also check spam messages!
